Worst tim hortons ever. They're never open, they lock their doors almost every day to ensure they don't get "overwhelmed" by a... handful of extra customers, while over half their employees sit there and do nothing. I just had the door slammed in my facewhile their friends were let in to eat. Aparantly you need to know the right people to be allowed to eat at this terribletimmies. Please hire competent staff. Update: according to the sign on the front door, every member of staff who has a key tounlock the front door, has lost them. Thats why they're only able to operate the drive through from inside the restaurant, andobviously, it's impossible to unlock or open up from the inside... Read more

This is by far the worst tim hortons in aylmer. They never have anything to serve. They close at 9 yet run out by 6. I went... there today (its been like this for the past week) and it was drive through only, with the doors to get in locked. AS WELL as itbeing cash only! What in the world is this? Horrible customer service, theres 20 people working yet youre waiting for 20 minutesfor a simple drink and snack. I have no clue what their management is doing or how they arent out of business. I find the service fairly well, during these difficult times of staff shortages and high turnaround. The complaint I would... have is that the inside is always very dirty. Before writing this, I gave this store 5 visits, just to be sure, and all 5times, litter, crumbs, dirty tables, overflowing garbage cans, ? Hopefully they can fix this, as staffing/resources becomemore available. Other than that, still go there, and fairly happy with the location, but just try to keep the guest area cleanand tidy. Worst tim hortons ive ever been to in my life! In drive thru for over 25 minutes. Rude employee, ice cap machine not working... (they put a sign) they dont have any timbits and dont have more than half of their doughnuts available (no signs). My kid justwanted timbuts on a saturday morning. Horrible. Im never coming back here. And their PA system sucks by the way. Read more
Aylmer has 2 locations, this one is along the lower aylmer road and I usually frequent it mornings/early mornings. The staff are... friendly, can remember regulars orders, and usually the order is fulfilled correctly and efficiently. Again my review is forthe morning/day staff. My parents also frequent here for a couple years and the lady with the blonde hair/glasses in the amalways knows who they are/their order which is amazing! Racist and intentionally sabotaged my food. I am afraid if I go back and make a complaint they might spit in my food. I used to... work at a tim hortons. Every time I go through take out, there?s always a long waiting time. Once at the order, they very rarely have the donuts and... dessert or bread I want and/or have the wrong order. Otherwise, the server is usually polite, hence one star. This was theeighth time. I?m done. Read more
