4 cars in drive through ahead of me, took 35 minutes I only ordered a large chili, the cup it comes in wasnt even half... full, im not exaggerating at all. it was below the halfway line. i HIGHLY recommend avoiding this tim hortons. Thislocation is an absolute disgrace to a loved Canadian franchise. Read more
Probably the best Tim's in Gatineau and the area. Fast service. Also Friendly. And always give's you what you ordered . I work... all over Gatineau and I will go out of my way if close to allways go there. Read more

The service here is unbelievably slow.. so much for fast food. The drive thru moves at a snails pace and going inside isn?t much... better. The staff always seem to changing shift leaving the cash unoccupied and I don?t think I?ve ever seen both indoor cashesopen at the same time and I?ve been here at least 20 times just because I live so close. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I ordered off of Uber eats for breakfast, one Uber driver cancelled, then the other one... went, and called me letting me know some of the items I ordered are not available. I let him know to ask them to prepare itwithout them and to just cancel the items on their side. The driver gave the worker the phone and the worker began yelling at meand belittling me. Very unprofessional. I was not aware they were out of items and have never been treated so poorly. I do notusually leave reviews but for this awful experience, to be yelled at and belittled over the phone over something i 1- had nocontrol over and 2- was not even aware of is ridiculous. I hung up on the worker as that is unacceptable behaviour to havetowards anyone! If this is how you run an establishment I will definitely no longer be spending my money at this location. Read more

Hope management sees this and makes changes ! The Worst service. Bees flying around everywhere inside. Staff obviously not in... any hurry. I?ve been here about 20-30 times over the past 3 years and it?s always a terrible experience. Most people walk outbefore they even get to the cash register. Wait times are crazy so I ordered thru the app and gave them lots of time to get itready. When I showed up, the doors were locked! I couldn?t get my coffee because it was drive thru only for somereason. Management needs to get it together it?s been like this for years. -Staff is slow and don?t care and get mad at youwhen you ask if one of the 6 people standing around can take your order. -Closed at random times without notice. -Constant mixups for food and drink orders. - crazy wait times in store or in drive-thru. The grill cheese wasn?t even grilled all the way still had hard cheese and they forgot the bacon. As we left wesaid have a good day, she proceeded to be dry and we left not realizing there wasn?t any bacon. Since we were disappointed inthe customer service this Tim Hortons has. ???????????? The drive-thru here is a joke, I just spent 10 minutes sitting at the speaker and no one ever served me. Pile of cars behind me... waiting. Most of us drove off. At best you'll wait an eternity to be served here. Read more
