Hours of operations indicates you are open till 10:00 pm Thursday online and on your door. It is Thursday 9:17 pm and the 1... employee is closing up shop, door locked and I was denied service as the boss told her to close up at 9:30. Please update yourhours to reflect this information. Read more

Ordered online and went to pick it up. They told me they were out of Italian bread and only had whole wheat. This was at dinner... time. I didn't get a phone call and wasn't told this until I got there to pick it up. Employees were new and didn't know how toissue a refund. Took 10 minutes to get my money back. Read more

Placed a mobile order around 6:30 for pick up at 6:55. When i went in to get my order the young man behind the counter made me... wait until he was fine serving everyone in line and then told me he didn't have time to make my order yet. Then he passedanother customer that came in after me. At this point another person came in for a mobile order pick up and the young man triedto give me his sandwiches. After doing so i noticed 2 sandwiches sitting on the back counter which were apparently mine. I hadto inform the young man that i had 2 trios both with m&m cookies as he was only giving me the sandwiches. We got into the carand checked our order; none of the cookies were chocolate chip M&M, one of the sandwiches had the wrong bread and the otherlooked like it got run-over by a car and they were both really cold. When i went back into the store to let the young man knowhe informed me that they were out of the flat bread so he just chose another bread. I asked if he could make new sandwichesbecause they were sitting for so long and when i went back into the store I found him taking a sandwich out of the microwave! Hesaid he made new sandwiches but i clearly saw him take it out of the microwave. At that point i kindly asked for a refund as iwas not taking the food. He called his manager who informed me that the refund would have to be requested from the app which iordered from originally and then i left. When i got home i opened the app and to my surprise, there was no refund option! Read more

Coming back... from teaching fitness classes, I like to grab a sandwich at their location. However, for the last 3 times in a row, there?s beeneither a problem with their oven, or the person over the counter serving is litterally refusing customers live if it?s 8:50pm. Iunderstand if there?s a ridiculous line, but if we?re talking 2 or 3 customers this is unacceptable. Make sure your employees inthe evening fix their approach and tone with customers as well. We all get tired from our job from time to time, however it?snever an excuse for lack of tact and professionalism.
