Amazing experience. Delicious food, friends and I loved the arancini, seafood risotto, scallops, tuna crudo, fries and salad.... Terrific service from Sam at the bar, who was friendly and very knowledgeable. The Marguerite cocktail was perfect. Prices arefair for the quality and quantity you get. I will definitely return. One of my favourite places in Gatineau! The atmosphere and service are excellent and food is supreme. A tad expensive but you... get the quality that you?re paying for. The seafood risotto is out of this world, so that?d be my top recommendation. Thegrilled romaine is also good (and less expensive). Cocktails are a must! Read more
Everything seemed ok until the very next morning where I had felt terrible and known that I got food poisoning. I entered the... restaurant having not ate anything yet and I ordered the truffle spaghetti. Everything was good and customer service was greatexcept the fact the food gave me food positioning. Another friend of mine that had ordered the exact same dish also was notfeeling well the next morning as well. Would never trust this place again. Read more
We went on a Sunday night, it was not super busy (we reserved on the phone). We were four, we started with the seafood tower... for two. It was enough for 3.I had the Surf and Turf + Arancini. Sans Façon has become a mainstay for my friends and I. I believe it may be one of the best restaurants in thr Gatineau/Ottawa... region. We consistently order the Romaine Salad with the most lovely pork belly. The oysters are fresh, and I love the arancini.The highlight though is the Truffle Pasta. It is PERFECTLY eldente and rich. As an Italian, I rarely eat pasta from arestaurant, but this is exceptional and I would (and have) recommend it to anyone. The service has ALWAYS been consistent andfriendly. As an anglophone, I appreciate their attentiveness and professionalism. Bravo! Read more
