It was my birthday not so long ago and I was craving raclette.... which brought us to Meule et Caquelon. Reservations are highly... recommended especially for their special nights (check their menu for weekly specials). The restaurant is pretty big and canaccommodate for groups. It has the swiss Alps mark all over it, featuring wood and "traditional" costumes for the staff. Eachtable comes with its own exhaust fan, which is not a luxury considering you fundamentally cook/grill everything at yourtable. Food was fresh and portions were good, from the meats to the vegetables, bread, sauces and cheeses of course. We had agreat time and our waiter was super friendly. We will go back for an actual raclette night when they bring a section of a wheelto "raclette" yourself. Yum!! If you like cheese, I would highly recommend you check out this place! ???? Read more

Delightful restaurant decor and very kind service, but the food takes a very long time to come. I waited 1.5 hours for a fondue... for one person. They also forgot that I ordered some extras from the menu, which I wasn?t going to question after waiting solong for any food to arrive. The fondue was ok, but fairly average. A nice place to visit for the experience, but make sure youallow a lot of time, bring your patience, and enjoy the experience and kind staff, rather than expecting gourmet dining. Read more
Very welcoming! The lady who was serving us is bilingual. She is very helpful as it was our first time to try cheese fondue,... raclette and valais. We ordered a little bit of everything. The owner is very friendly. He told us the business is already inits 26th years. For sure will go back. Read more
Wonderful meal! They brought us out a salad to start with and honestly the homemade sauce was the best dressing I've ever had on... a salad. We had the La Raclette meal and the fondue. Our server recommended a very nice fruity cocktail made with a fruit beerand it was delicious! It was fun to grill our own meats and veggies to our preferences. The staff and owner were very helpfuland gave an explanation on how to enjoy our meal with the spices and sauces provided. Wish we had something in the states likethis.
