By far the worst McDonald's in the city - You always wait ridiculous amounts of time for simple orders, which they somehow... manage to mess up 9 out of 10 times. Needs to be closed or new management. Read more
Worst mcdonalds in Gatineau. Even worst then the one on Plateau (hull) 7 clients in 25 mins, 6 orders were messed up out of the... 7. The team leader was rolling his eyes at customers asking to have their right order. A an employe with blue and purple hairhad lost alll will to live, made mistake after mistake and complained when she had to fix them. Ordered egg mcmuffin and hashbrown. Nobody else waiting for orders. Why did I have to wait 15 minutes at the table for the staff... member to throw salt and my bag of food on the table and disappear. So disrespectful ???? not even a sorry for the delay. Read more
No straws. No toy in Kids Meal. Gave me a Double Cheeseburger dressed as a Big Mac when I ordered a plain McDouble. Getting... your food or their attention to fix the mistake takes over 10 minutes. If there was any McDonald's in Canada I would freak outon, it would be this one. How do these people manage to breathe and not choke on themselves? We watched the cook completelyruin every order while the manager replaced it all. I get you guys can't keep employees but my god. Get it together. Read more
Extememy slow. Self checkout wouldn't print a receipt(maybe to avoid serveys). Made poutine right away but took nearly 30... minutes to make most of the remaining order. Watched as a dozen customers after me were served (some of them complaining thatitems tasted rotten) Had to ask for my drinks after they gave me my order. Waited another 10 minutes for them to tell me themachine wasnt working. Employees cursing about things and running around frantically without much happening. Dirty location withfood everywhere on the floor and spilled ice cream running down stacks of new cups. By the time my missing items were refunded,I left. Poutine was cold, soggy and congealed. Fries cold under seasoned and bitter. Burgers were not made as requested, and anyadditional paid addons were forgotten. Coffee was lukewarm and either unmixed, sour cream, or no sugar added. Retuned my food,having only eaten 2 fries and a sip of the coffee. They presented me with a refund of just over 50% of what I actually paid.Had to explain to them that this was not the correct amount. Entire process took nearly 50 minutes, as my groceries melted in mycart, and no apology given or anything done to make the situation better. Kids have now had their christmas spoiled as I wasunable to get their gifts hidden before the got off the bus. I would expect that the other reviews here would spur some kind ofimprovement. Read more
Service at this location has vastly improved over the last few months and it shows... Just came back from here with 2 perfect... big mac (like once in a lifetime perfect) and a perfect ice coffee. Read more
