They forgot the cheese on my mcgriddle sandwich, my hash brown was cold and my smoothie was 2 inches from the top. I noticed... the smoothie at the dt window and the lady promptly took it from me, made more and topped it up. I was expecting her to be rudewhen she returned with a now full smoothie as she took it so quick. She was not! She smiled, apologized and wished me a goodday! We're all human and make mistakes. How we act and treat others when dealing with these mistakes is what matters! I ate myhash brown fast without burning my mouth and the mcgriddle was just as delicious without the cheese! Ordered a Big Mac meal and grilled chicken wrap combo at the drive-through. Got to the pick-up window and was told they dont... offer grilled chicken wraps anymore but offered me another chicken wrap (?) They also forgot to include my café frappé. So hadto take out my credit card from my pocket 3 times to pay. Not the end of the world but annoying since this could have been amuch better experience from the order window onward. Top it off with cold dry fries and looks like they don't want my business. Read more
I am sad to say that this McDonald's has gotten so disorganized that it's almost funny. You can see employees running from car... to car with the wrong orders, going back in and out and still getting orders wrong. I waited 25 minutes in my car after placingan online order and had to go get it inside myself. Kind of defeats the purpuse of the service. Will not be going back hereanytime soon. During the week the service is awesome but during the weekend it's the opposite... always a mistake in my order or missing... something. It's a good things I don't order often.
