This will be the last time I order from this location. Quality control is out the window. Week after week, orders either... incorrect or treated with such a lack of care that you?re surprised this sandwich assembler even has a job. Ordered a quarterpounder BLT and a Carolina BBQ quarter pounder and was absolutely disappointed once we received it. No Bacon or Lettuce on theBLT and the carolina bbq was just a bunch of sauce. Most disgusting McDonalds we have ever been in.Garbage cans overflowing,garbage all over the tables and floor.No where to sit as... everything was dirty.I thought McDonalds corporation had stricter policies. Read more

Terrible service. Although we were well within opening hours, the doors were locked whilst the staff was inside. When they let... some customers out who's been inside already, we managed to ask what was going on and they answered they were only servingdrive-through, because of staffing issues and which in turn had a terribly long queue snaking half into the parking lot. Anothercustomer was there with us, trying to pick up an ice-cream order she'd long since put in and paid for, but had to bang on thedoor to get fulfilled. In the end we only managed to get some food after getting back into our car and queuing up at thedrive-through, altogether adding up to about 45 minutes since we got there. Read more

This is the worse drive thru experience of my life. I get in line 22h50. The cars ahead of me are able to pass their orders. I... get a greeting about using my mobile app to get points. Time passes and nothing is happening. There was 4 cars ahead of mewaiting for their orders. Took 15 min at least for them to get their others. Nothing is happening. I look in my mirrors and seethat there is less cars in the line and 2 milk crates on the floor. I did not notice anyone coming to drop them off to close thedrive thru. Nobody said that the store was closed or not taking any order from the driver thru. Finally I left at 23:23,hangry!! Never ever again I would go to this location. They don't care about customers. I never eat McDonald's usually, but atthis time in the evening, I thought it was the only place open in the area. Avoid at all cost!!! Read more

1-star for an inappropriate manager running the front line. He was trying to teach his staff about placing the food properly in... the conveyor belt. This is the exchange (in French). « Hey guys you have to do it better. Imagine for when you will havegirlfriends » Pause because everyone is confused. The ears of my girls (15 and 11) perk up Punch line: « you have to aimfor the right hole » The supervisor is an older fellow, short dark brown hair, Caucasian, thick rim and large glasses. Slowest drive thru on earth on Saturday morning. Only 5 cars to serve (I'm second) and it has been 10 minutes of just waiting... (first car hasn't received their stuff yet). Staff is laughing and having a good time and nothing is going. Read more

Since I started to use the online app for mobile pickup, my experience at this McDonald's (Boul. Des Grives location) - and -... another on Principale Street in the Aylmer sector of Gatineau has been nothing but disappointment and frustration. Severalorders were either not accurate or wrong aside the fact that basic items such as a straw or napkins were all together missinglet alone the vinegar and salt I had asked for with my orders. I am a priority essential worker... I take care of veryvulnerable people in their homes and I do not have TIME to run I into the store to get an order fixed when I am between twojobs ! Instead of making this service enjoyable, it has turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience to say the least! I tried to call the store... NO ONE answers the phone. . .There is NOTHING on the app to ask that they correct a mistake or toask to bring missing items either ! Today was the WORSE... I ordered a Quarter Pounder with NO cheese... well, sure enough, itcame with cheese ...and a whole bunch of stuff I did not ask for inside... no lettuce either...and my fries were disgusting ...this was not a case of mere potato blight... (See photo) this was heavy BLACK MOLD ! The service was lousy, the food was notaccurate and in this last case, NOT fit to eat ! I would NOT serve something like this to a guest in my home... WHY wouldMcDonald's serve this to anyone and treat people like this ?!? If I could have given NO STARS for this review, I would have...but that option is not available. We ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and 2 regular cheeseburgers. They didn?t give us the 2 regular cheeseburgers and we told them... so and they gave them to us after a lot of explaining. When we started eating, we realized that the double cheeseburgers weordered were actually single cheeseburgers wrapped in double cheeseburger packaging! We came back and told to as for replacementbut, they just offered 3 pieces of meat suggesting that we put them into our, already cold, cheeseburgers ourselves! Horriblecustomer service! Read more
