Was hesitant about ordering after looking at the reviews...... Do not make the same mistake I did, go eat somewhere else.
The place is really dirty. We ordered a 14 pieces of chicken bucket! Chicken was extremely greasy, full of oil. Out of 14 pieces... we had 2 drumsticks, no white meat at all! Last time for us! Read more
Terrible. Ordered all white meat and I got mixed. Then they switched it and took my fries out for some reason so had to go back... a third time to fries. Unorganized and needs a good cleaning. Read more
Food was OK but service was horrible! Waited a LOOOONG time to even get asked to order because the cashier was busy blabbing... with someone but when I finally got my order at 18:59 I was kicked out very rudely and abruptly (after I set everything up andjust took one bite of my food) because they had to "close for cleaning" even though 6-7 customers were still inside. I don'tget it. I was patient for the 20 minutes he was blabbing and since it was his fault I got my meal so late and since there werestill customers inside the least he could have done is afforded me the 3 minutes it would have taken to eat my meal. I ateoutside anyway and as I was finishing, a customer who saw everything told me nobody was cleaning anything. I looked inside thewindow and the nothing was going on in the cleaning area. First time ordering here in 10 years even though it's right down thestreet and I probably won't be back for another 10, or 20. Read more
Worst service ever.. The guy at the cash is yawning, the bacon in my sandwich was nowhere to be found and the fries at the... bottom of the bag not in the cardboard tray.. Never going there again. Read more
Disappointed at the quality of food coming out of this kitchen. No care is taken to prepare the food. Signs of poor management.... Tried calling several times to report this but no answer. Look at this sorry excuse for a burger, made up of half a fillet, aspit of mayo and two bottom sides to a bun. Shame on you KFC, your customers are paying for this. Read more
The worst KFC experience I have ever had. Employees have no clue what?s going on. It takes forever to make the order. and yet... when it?s ready, they won?t even have napkins and condiments in the bag at all. Personnel are slow. Driving through thatneighborhood is very difficult due to construction. Read more
Just left the hull store. no more chicken wings and the guy at the counter is overestimating the wait time with every passing... customer even if they?re saying forget it and they walk out. they?re trying their best to discourage you from orderingsomething.Always horrible service at that location I hope they shut down like the rest of the KFC?s Read more
