I would give zero stars if I could. This place is absolutely disgusting. The worst I have ever seen. Honestly I?ve never seen a... place like this! It was so disgusting. The area need the drink station was covered in dirt and flies and pop. The floor wasstickY and greasy as hell. I could not eat my food In good conscious, I had to ask for a refund. This NEEDS to be inspected bythe health department and I can guarantee it will not pass. DO NOT GO HERE. Also, it needs to be renovated inside and out. Drivethru was closed. I don?t know how or why this Burger King can be allowed to operate so poorly within the chain. Disgusting and revolting... facility. Poorly trained Staff and definitely not up to Burger King standard of food. Or is it? Go to Ottawa much better Read more
I don?t normally talk bad about businesses?but this was too much. Restaurant is dirty as hell!!! You can smell the toilets while... you are in line to order, staff is not trained and off course tried to do their best but service is awful. Food received wascold, while waiting 40 mins for our order?saw at least 3 mistakes in customers orders. I do not recommend this place at all. Read more
How this place can have any stars? Did you go inside...never seen restaurant so dirty and smell like bathrooms were not cleaned... for long time....it's the worst place I ever been to. I'm suprise it doesn't get shut down by health inspections cause it'sdefinitely not up to any standards at all. And by the way...all Burger King's in Gatineau or Ottawa are gross....very dirty andslow. I love Burger King but they should be all closed. Read more
Food is quite good, burgers taste good, fries are excellent, and prices are still ok for what you are buying (still everyday... deals). Downside is that the Restaurant is planning a remodeling so the current building looks a bit rundown, and the ownerseems to have a very low staff count (two people on shift at some times), so the drive-thru is never open. Hopefully the ownercan fix these issues, because the food is nice, the convenience of it is a bit lacking. Read more
Long wait times and terrible quality. All my burger buns were burnt on the inside and dry. I'm stunned. Didn't expect this at... all. C'est horrible. Trés mauvaise qualité. Never going back here and I hope no one has to go here for their own sake Read more
What joke this place is. Ordered whoppers and they all looked like this. Almost no toppings, flat as a pancake ! Pretty much all... bread. So done with this place. 30$ later . Do yourself a favour and go to a real burger joint and real food. ! Read more
Went inside to order and I?m glad we did because we definitely saved ourselves from getting food poisoning. I?ve never seen a... dirtier chain restaurant. The pop station had days old dried pop stuck to the stainless steel, the floors were disgusting, Andthe whole place is just a disaster. By the time we got the food out to the car we decided we couldn?t eat it and went back infor a refund. I don?t know how this place is passing local health inspections or how management or BK corporate allows it tostill be open and serving food. Based on other reviews it looks like quite a few people have gotten sick here. Read more
