Smoothies are great. However, I had a deceptive experience when I arrived at the location that was supposed to be opened on... Sunday and waited, waited and waited. Store (Gatineau location) was not opened contrary to what the sign and hours wereindicated on the door. ??????????? Read more

I wish I can give 0 stars to this location. After an accident they have cause with not closing the lid properly on my drink. It... leaked out and fell in my car and I have a stain. Got everything dirty and went back in got some napkins to clean it off myclothes and seat. Asking for another drink.. I had to pay for. After heading to a carwash to clean it out realizing that itreally stained my new car? called them back saying that I am not supposed to be the one paying for this. She ( the manager) wasrude and didn?t want to even understand how much this is frustrating. Even when I asked for her name she took it as if I wasasking for her SIN. Says it opens at 8am, I get there at 9:30am and the doors are locked. I called them and then someone came to open the door. I... asked if they open at 8am and he said ?I open whenever I want? and he was not even wearing a mask. He was not wearing a nametag. Will not go back. Read more
