They're OK. But if you're looking for a burger place to "have it your way" as their motto seems to suggest, look elsewhere.... Their employees almost always have a verbal attitude when taking orders and they don't seem to like taking custom orders. Read more

This was a horrible experience at the Gatesville BK... just wanted a simple chocolate shake. Order from the drive thru and the... very rude girl hands me my shake. I look at it and ask her to please mix the chocolate better so its not all at the bottom. Herreply... cant take it back! I say again...
