Everytime I go to a Tim Hortons in Gates my order is wrong. Ask for no egg I get egg, ask for a sausage sandwich I get bacon.... The workers now a days expect more hourly however the orders were always right years ago when then were paid less. Read more
As always this Canadian owned restaurant beats any fast food breakfast in America, cheese is melted to perfection and doesn?t... look like plastic, the bacon and sausage is perfectly prepared, bagels and croissants are never burnt. AND their prices aregreat. I work all around New York and have only had one bad experience in 2 years. A1 food joint. Read more

Was completely in awe of the drive thru service today at Tim Hortons. Let me start by saying the food items I ordered were good,... hot and tasty, a croissant egg, cheese & sausage sandwich with a hot chocolate, no issues. However the service worker did notpay attention to what I asked for and rang each item separately for my items when I clearly asked for a a # 7 with a hotchocolate instead of a coffee. It wasn't until after I have her my card and my items were paid for she said I was charged onlyfor the beverage and sandwich. The order ahead option has taken service workers off their A- game. Every single time I go to this location the people are rude and the espresso machine is always down! I typically go to the one... on Ridgeway/ Long Pond because they're polite and everything is working! I think it's time to invest in new equipment and newemployees Gates!!
