They messed up my drink that?s not cheap! They sold a frozen hot chocolate that wasn?t even chocolate it?s so white it?s a... vanilla shake. So disgusting! I literally have to add my own chocolate syrup to make it edible. What a waste of time and money!They should close this location it?s not worth going to. The one 2 miles away is far superior. They actually make the drinkscorrectly there. If you?re paying for something it should be right. I?m super disappointed. I rarely get frozen drinks out but Iused to love these frozen hot chocolate drinks. I will never go back to that location again. there was a hair stuck in the cap of my drink, they messed up my food order and the girl at the window had started raising her... voice because I wanted my receipt to make sure I wasn?t charged anything else. not sure how a bacon egg and cheese is supposed to have lettuce and tomato??????? i have been coming to this tims for years and... they have messed up my order numerous times. this was the final straw for me, not only did the employee go out of their way toruin my breakfast but the eggs were ice cold and the bacon as well, gross. i don?t even trust them for coffee and donutsanymore. just gonna go to mcdonald?s up the road for breakfast from now on Read more
I?m pretty sure I got day old food?.donut was stale and the cream inside was separating and the egg and cheese on the English... muffin was cold and stale. I love Tim Hortans but this was a rough visit. Also didn?t get a receipt. Read more
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit sandwich... Took a bite as I pulled out of the parking lot and it was ice cold.... Had to be somewhere so took it back about an hour later to get a new one, which they did make me another one and that was alsobarely warm.... so disappointing Read more
It's difficult to review this place fairly. On one hand we're talking about Tim Hortons food which is fantastic so I would... definitely give this a better review if it was just based on that. But it's not. My reason for the mediocre review is purely forthe details that are continuously overlooked at this particular location. I confess I go here almost every day and my order isalways the same, a wild berry smoothie with whipped topping, which they charge extra for, and a blueberry muffin warmed up. 5out of 7 days a week I received my wild berry smoothie with no whipped topping and my blueberry muffin is stone cold. This placeis very busy at times so I understand overlooking some of those details now and then but not every day. I keep hoping thateventually they will get my order correct...for the entire week. Ordered two bagles, with veg cream cheese, wound up getting the thinnest layer of crumb and chicken filled vegetable cream... cheese I've ever had. Obviously they were too lazy to tell me they ran out or get a new batch out and gave me the disgustingscrapings on their what I can only assume is a filthy spatula which would explain how some one else's who knows how old leftover chicken and crumbs got into my bagel.
