Not a single napkins was given in my bag at the drive through. It took uncomfortably long for the first window attendant to give... me my debit card back and the 2nd window attendant basically through my food out the window and barely spoke.....I'm the type tosay hello and Thank you to EVERY service position. She didn't even give me time to say thank you if I wanted. Also the previousreviews about prices aren't wrong....OVER PRICED. Read more

If there was a zero I would give that...drive thru full so I went in.. no line, waited, waited, and waited. Zero... acknowledgement, zero service. So I left and went across the street to mc Donald's. Burger King your food is good...... If Icould get it. Read more

Today I ordered a Swiss Chicken sandwich and a Big King Burger. 1) they gave me the wrong Chicken sandwich, it looked as if... it's been sitting in the warmer for over a hour. I returned the Chicken sandwich, that for what I received cost over $ 22. Instead of fixing me a fresh Chicken sandwich, they gave me another one that was even worse. I use to love Burger King, butthis one on Spencerport Rd. Has not been good since they opened. Travel a lil further to Buffalo Rd. Much better. Read more

Nuggets were cold and rock hard. Plus they charged me $9.99 for a Bacon King were other area locations chargs $8.39. When I... asked why the additional amount the literal response was "We are independently owned and can charge what we want". Ugh, nowonder there is no line during lunch. Read more

We dined in on 7/26 between 9:00-9:30 p.m. and the service was bad. It was empty,, there was one customer inside and we were not... greeted as the employees stood around talking. I went back up to ask for water and the girl put her hand up to me and said notnow as she was dealing with a customer at the drive thru because his order was wrong. The manager looked at me and walked away. I went back to my seat and they were so loud I could hear them as they continued to talk about the previous customer and theirpersonal stuff. They get 2 stars because the quality of food is good. But the reason why it's low reviewed is because it's privately owned. They... charge everything. $4.59 for a small fry before tax is outrageous. You're seriously taking advantage of an inflated market. Alsostop making us drive up to the front after we order the food because you're trying to cheat out the burger king drive thru timemetrics for corporate gains. Went to visit this location since it is rare I fast food and this is pretty new in my area. The customer service was... outstanding, my order was complete with an impossible whopper and all. The manager and cashier were very kind and professional. The dining area was very clean,and the bathroom was clean and smelled good. We try not to fast food very often,but if I have thedesire to again I will be getting that impossible whopper again. Thanks guys for a pleasant experience and tasty food Read more

This is the worst BK I?ve ever been to. After placing our order, my debit card had a chip problem. They tried twice then my son... used his card. My son asked why the shakes are so small when we ordered large and he asked if they can fill the cups all the wayup. A girl in the back got upset, yelling and cursing and the woman at the window tried to rush us along. At the same time wesaid she can take it all back if it?s a problem. She filled them properly. At that point I noticed there were no other vehiclesbehind us but a couple pulling in. W didn?t understand why they were rushing us. The fries were cold and the Big King burger washorrible. Both my girls felt sick after a single bite. They said the meat tasted fake and weird. My husband went back andreturned their food. He said he was disgusted by how filthy it was behind the counter. NEVER RETURNING. I called their mainoffice after googling their number because there was no number on the receipt. Corporate did return the call in a timely manner.There was nothing said that was reassuring though she did apologize. New location but horrible service, food and filthy. NOTRECOMMENDED. They are loud, impatient and rude when going at the drive-up but very calm and accommodating when you go in. Read more
