I ordered a hotdog with ketchup n chili and got a plain hotdog. Nothing on it. I had to wait for fries and then my order (that... was incorrect when given to me) was read back to me 2 more times to make sure they had the right order. NOBODY ELSE WAS THERE ATTHIS POINT. Of course it?s my order. The other car had already pulled off. Sauce burger was ok, but I wouldn?t order it again.Pals food really just isn?t as good as I remember I don?t think. But I gave it 2 stars because my peach tea was delicious andalthough slightly shorted and delayed, the fries were hot and good as well. Read more

Sometimes the food is hot. When I buy a gravy biscuit they will never put much gravey on the biscuit.they want to sell you more... gravey that you should get with the order. Pal? Sudden Service is amazing. It stinks they?re only in the Tri-Cities region. Great burgers, hot dogs and fries. Service... is always fast and friendly! If you?re visiting and see a brightly colored drive-thru?do yourself a favor and make a lot stop. Read more
