The last few times I went I ordered a five-piece and got 4 pieces. I also ordered extra slaw and they didn't have any. However I... do have to say, the people working there were very very very very polite. Food was standard. No complaints there. However, the service and the organization were an utter catastrophe. I ordered online... and was quoted an ETA (in the app) of 9:02 PM. I arrived at 9:04 PM, and checked in at the counter. At 9:26 PM, I asked thecounter help to check on my order. At that point, I was told that they didn?t have my order and asked if I had checked the orderpickup area, which I had done twice already. She went to the back, talked with the manager, and then had them remake my order. Ireceived my order at 9:46 PM, after about ten different people who came inside and ordered in person received their food andleft. I understand when things get lost electronically, but the excuses they gave me were the same excuses I?d heard them giveabout three other people, who were inquiring about their missing food. They blamed it on a ?Door Dash driver who stole myorder.? Call me skeptical, but I don?t think a Door Dash driver walked in straight to the counter, lifted about four differentorders, and walked out. I will not be visiting this location again, as it was an extremely unsatisfactory experience. If youwant Zaxby?s food, I?d drive to a different location. Read more

Garbage. Always mess up your order. Always forget sauce. They'll give you one slightly above average chicken finger and call it... two. Probably will never go back here. Would not recommend. Read more

We stopped by on on our way through town. They weren't busy and the staff was friendly. We ordered several different foods and... most were fine. The fries weren't great though, hardly seasoned and could have been cooked longer. Bathroom and dining area wereclean. Read more
