Sat in drive thru for ten mins before a girl comes on and takes my order. In the background you can hear cussing and loud... laughing. Like it?s funny they?re backed up. Shout out to the Wendy's first shift lunch crew Wednesday Nov.9th. I went through the drive thru and the lady who took my order... was very up beat and polite, made me smile. Then when I was handed my food I was greeted with an upbeat attitude and anothersmile. Thank you for making my day. I love happy kind people!!!! Well can you tell that I had loads of jet lag when I originally wrote this!!! The review and photos were for the National... Gallery of Singapore! Leaving the photos for the Gallery-BUT for the Wendy's review!! I wanted a hamburger when my plane landedback into Charlotte and Wendy's was my go to! I had tried several types of food and was ready for an American classic! The foodwas scrumptious! The burger was fresh, the fries were crispy and OMG! this girl wanted her frosty fix!! Sorry no photos of thefood-but I promise you, many napkins were needed and my belly was happy and full for the drive back home from theairport! Apologies for the jet lag foopah! Thank you!!!!! Cashier took a photo of my credit card using her phone. When I asked her why she did this, she ignored my question and said the... card was not working. At this point the Wendy's Host came over to see what the problem was and took the card from her and swipedit again and it worked. Cashier could not get the card to work because she had her phone in hand trying to take a picturediscretely. I will never return to this location and am now very wary of going to any other Wendy's location. Read more
This location will only take ONE order at a time. They do not care that cars are wrapped completely around the building. They... take one drive thru order and until that car is literally completely out of the parking lot, they will not take another order.Sometimes they still wait a few minutes after the previous car is gone before they take the next order. I?ve never seen thisanywhere else and if their employees can?t handle FAST food, maybe they should find new ones. Read more
This place is horrible. The young lady with the blonde lacefront tells another to stop taking orders and then proceeds to say... well if they can?t wait they shouldn?t have came. I have tried several times the day off to speak to a manager. Every time Icome here it?s about 45 minute wait inside and out just to order. Read more

Terrible, rude service, and the soda machine is completely out of soda. I had water but asked for my money back because I paid... for a soda. The cashier acted like I was bothering them and offered to get me a soda from the back because, "I don't have timeto refill the machine. " I had asked nicely, but rather than accept bad customer service I walked out without my $2 and soda,and won't be going back. Read more
