I stopped by on my lunch break and was so surprised that the dinning room was open. That was a pleasant surprise because so many... restaurants are drive thru only. But when I came in I was greeted by a wonderful employee. Her name was Martha,she was sopleasant, greeted me with a smile and was extremely polite. She was the only one working the front and since it was lunch timeit became busy. But not once did her attitude change towards any customer. She greeted everyone with a smile and apologized ifthey had to wait. She made sure everyone was rung up and made sure your order was correct when she handed you your order. Ihaven't been to Wendy's in a while because they only had drive thru service but Martha's exceptional service won me back. Don'tlet this young lady go. She is a gem ???? ?? Read more
Went thru the drive thru during late night. Wanted to order 5.00 biggie bag. Order taker said sorry I don't have any soft... drinks. Um. Last time I checked. Wendy's sells sweet tea and the lemonade drinks separate from their Coke system. None of thiswas offered to me.. Read more
Ordered a Dave's Single and was given a Dave's Double with no lettuce and tomato. Got an extra burger patty (though don't need... that much meat) but I really wanted the lettuce and tomato. I'm only reviewing because it wasn't crowded so I'm confused how theorder was messed up still. Read more
Incredibly slow, takes them over 2 mins per car to take an order. I've been here a few times over the years and if there are a... few cars it's always averages about 2 per car, it's faster to get to go food from a local restaurant Read more
Food was ok but was sloppy. I ordered the new hot and honey chicken sandwich meal fries were great. The sandwich was sloppy... bacon seemed old, and was all broken little pieces that didn't even cover half. Tables weren't to clean either. Read more
The legit worst Wendy?s I?ve been to ever. Such pitiful workers and attitudes. Just because your line is full of people doesn?t... mean you should take one order at a time. Every time I go to this Wendy?s they?re always out of something. You want a salad they?re always out of salads. You want a... grilled chicken sandwich guess what they?re out of it too. Always happy with the Breakfast Baconator! I know food service sucks, my first job was a church kitchen. I thought church... people would be a little better about cleaning up after themselves.... NOPE! My point is that food service is a difficult joband not many want to do it, but some people can't get a job, so please don't give a vibe that you would rather be dead than workthe drive through.
