I'm standing at the counter and an employee finally helps a senior adult finish her offer ON KIOSK because she didn't know how... to complete her order. The senior lady had been at the Kiosk for at least 12 mins!! While I'm standing at the counter and afterthe manager finally helped the senior lady pay her $1.07, she TURNED HER BACK AND WALKED AWAY FROM ME AT THE COUNTER!!! I neededto order, but the employee/manager was determined to make me use the Kiosk! Give me a break!! You can take the order of thedrive-tgru people, but you can't take My order?!?!? No thank you! I always have to have my daughters steak quesidilla remade because even though I say, no jalapeño sauce, it ends up on there... anyways. Even when the receipt shows the order said no jalapeño sauce. I also literally, had worker try to jump out the drivethru window and fight me one time, because I told her about her attitude and that she was being unprofessional. I told her Ialso work in customer service and I get it but, if I have to keep my mouth shut and remain professional, so does she. She didn'tlike that and proceeded to curse at me and try to come thru the window at me. The manager and other person working with her,took up for her (I get you all work together but she made the decision to try to fight a cuatomer) and said they would lie andsay they didn't have to stop her from coming out of the drive thru window at me and then proceeded to call the cops on me andtreat me as though I was over reacting to the fact she did what she did while I had my child with me in the car. Well, I planned to leave a review after my visit to the drive thru this evening because of the delightful experience I had with... a cashier named Princess. She was very upbeat, friendly, accomdating and polite. On my experience with her alone I would rate it5 stars. Unfortunately though, whoever was in charge of preparing my food this evening dropped the ball. I ordered two beanburritos and when I arrived home and sat down to eat them they were both completely filled with dried out crunchy refried beans.I took one bite from each and they both went immediately to my trash can. Because of that I had to lower my overall rating.Princess definitely deserves to be recognized for her excellent customer service skills for sure though because thats a rarityto find in fast food these days. Can figure out why this was such a problem but when I went through the drive thru was told they had no chicken so I proceeded to... order a #6 combo substituting chicken with Steak without being up charged. Was told that request wasn?t an option so I ask forbeef instead requesting to be discounted a bit since steak was going to cost more so of course I would think beef would becheaper and adjustments would be made but I was mistaken. I was going to be charged the price of chicken if ordering chicken.Manager on duty was not any help in the matter. Read more
The girl working the drive thru tonight was really rude and rolled her eyes/ hid her face. The other two employees were really... nice and she seemed to be new, so I'll try not to hold it against the location, but if the customer is nice you shouldn't berude. imagine 4 ingredients being too much for someone to remember. 4 burritos, all 4 were missing ingredients and as you can see what... they did put on was so little all you could taste was the cold tortilla. The nachos we ordered had barely any toppings as well.Don't go to this location the workers are useless and don't deserve a job. Read more
Ugh!! I just wanted some nacho fries. But when I went inside and began my order on the kiosk, I added two plain soft tacos. I... will have to check my receipt and timeline to edit this. I must have waited 45 minutes! I understand staffing shortages. Butthese managers at these places are the main contributors to the service problems. I realize people who have not ever beentrained to be managers are taking these jobs. Let's put some hustle into the work? It's called fast food for a reason. Themanager was making one item at the time... She was so slow, I could cross my eyes and it looked like she was going in reverse. Ido a lot of work because I'm wearing a snatch watch. I'm burning calories. I'd encourage others to do the same. Burn somecalories when you work. Fries were good. Tacos were questionable at best. I do not know why. How can a plain taco be weird?
