Young kids running the place, my orders always have something wrong. They mix the sauces and put the wrong vegetables on the... wrong sandwiches. Also, the sandwiches are EXTREMELY messy!!!! It's like they throw everything in it at once. I wish they couldget the orders right for once! The teenagers that work here in the afternoons and/or second shift are very RUDE and unprofessional. I don?t live too far from... this location, so I usually order online using the Subway app and pick up my sandwich(es). Lately, my online orders have beenthrown together, made incorrectly, poor quality of veggies etc. Clearly these teenagers don?t care. If customer service doesn?tcome with it, I don?t want it. I ORDER A COMBO ! I?ve grown to be a regular and I?m sure these employees have noticed that whenmy ticket is printed with my name on it from the online order ticket printer. I guess if you want the overall Subway experienceyou have to come in, clear your throat, stomp your feet, whip your hair back and forth & jump one one foot and maybe someonewill come to your aid. I was disgusted when I saw the employee acknowledge that I needed help and instead warmed cookies up,rolled her eyes and took them to the back to be douvered. Train them on sandwich prep and also customer service. A round ofapplause for the young lady who saw that I was a customer in distress and provided my cookies free of charge. Thank you younglady. Ordered a chicken an bacon ranch sub. I admit is was made great but when i took a bite instant dryness. I had no peppercorn... ranch the key ingredient to making the sandwich taste pop. I was deeply dissappointed. Im only posting this to say please readthe receipt that clearly has the sauce listed. This is the 2nd time ive had this happen. This Subway was clean, friendly and had good advertisements for new items. I went in for a salad but ordered the FL Turkey Cali... with bacon and avacado. Next time I might ask to have the avacado put on before toasting. Just to take the chill edge off it. Overall a very inviting atmosphere. Read more

It was a dark and stormy night when I stopped in..Stop in once a week or so . They have remodeled and it has a new look. They... removed the subway maps, which I thought added to the ambiance. They also do not list the ingredients for the sandwiches anymore, which is mildly disconcerting when trying to select a healthy sandwich. I mean, what if you were allergic to prosciutto?You would have to ask the sandwich artist, and hope they are up to date on all things prosciutto. Anyway, the staff was friendlyand professional. Customer service was horrible. They offered no empathy after getting my ordered wrong and I had to drive all the way back to the... store to have it replaced. To top it off they also made me return the sandwich that they gave me and didn?t even apologize formy inconvenience. Then they proceeded to remake the sandwich with an attitude.
