Stopped to get a quick sandwich the other day. rude, disrespectful, trash everywhere. I'll never go back. Two employees... literally took 25 minutes to make two sandwiches for me and my wife because they were carrying on conversation amongst oneanother. while finishing the last sandwich, the girl started to say how she never lets her husband leave the house "unhappy, andtakes care of him before work even today" went to complain and that girl was actually a cousin of the manager. so it fell upondeath ears. highly recommend avoiding this location Read more
I ordered online on the subway website I ordered 2 subs. My sub was wrong so I brought it for them to remake .. turns out they... didn?t have anything for my sub and instead of telling me that were just insisting I get one remade of things I don?t eat? Placed a online order that was suppose to be ready at 6:10 PM. When I arrived past the pickup time I was told my order hasn?t... been started. I waited and watched them make subs for other customers before they started on my order. I finally got my subsaround 6:25. Dude was literally making them in slow motion, while the other employee laughed with customers. Won?t be back tothis Subway, whosever franchise it is needs to get a grip because it?s trash. My family has loved this location for many years, but our experience today was ruined by the behavior of an employee. Around... 1:05 PM on 04/07, the gentleman in front of us politely explained a mistake that was made on his order. The employee (Whose hatread "Bridget") then proceeded to roll her eyes at him and started to slam the equipment as she corrected his order. It madeboth my mother and I very uncomfortable. I frequent this location several times a month. I almost always order my food ahead of time on the app, and have never once had... an issue. By the time I get there, my food is ready and is always properly labeled on the shelf. The employees are always superfriendly. Read more
In a junky area. However the inside is modern and up to date. The staff obviously don?t feel like working any time or any day.... Ordered online and went to pick it up. The woman at the cash register said they didn?t get my order from the app then proceededto ask everyone. They all told each other they didn?t get it.
