I order from this location often and never have any issues. Usually have the same driver ..he does a good job. I got off of work... tonight ordered my usual order ?same address. Same phone number. The person who took my order ?CHAN who is also the managernotified me my pizza would arrive in 30 minutes. I waited for a hour before calling and he then told me the driver came to myhouse ..called several times ?also said he called my boyfriends number (who was not here at the time and also has no missedcalls ). And I never received my pizza. I am very disappointed in my experience and will more than likely never order from thereagain. It?s one thing to mess up another , but another to continuously lie about contacting me or even coming to my house. Themanager CHAN himself told me he called but he told me the wrong number ..and also never asked for my number to begin with.Iasked what could be done to fix the problem and he told me he would replace the order and have it out in an hour ?by then itwould be 12am and I am not one to complain and ALWAYS tip my drivers good?.but when asked for some type of compensationconsidering it was mistake on there befalf..he told me no because he called my number (which was incorrect) himself. Cashier was nice, but this pizza is the worst I've had in a long time...simple yuck! Cardboard with bland cheese and hardly any... sauce...yuck!! At least the racoons will be happy tonight!! cause that's were this NY style pizza ended up... I want my moneyback please!! I guess when Papa John left so did the pizza! Same driver, John, can never find my building and never has the sauces I order. He asked if I just had one pizza I told him also... a marinara sauce he says maybe it?s in the box so I open to check and when it?s not there he says I don?t know I just deliverthe order.
