i love this moes, they?re all very friendly and i love coming here! usually half of the chips are stale though which kinda... stinks. their queso is so good though i could eat a gallon of it Read more
No grilled mushrooms (apparently the owner's choice) or whole grain tortillas, the guacamole had odd consistency ("solid" over... "chunky"), a burrito was over ten dollars, and the men's bathroom was wet, and not in a "just been cleaned" way. Workersfriendly and sociable, burrito serviceable, just not what I'm used to from a Moe's. Read more
I love Moe's so much and the food is so good, but it's disappointing as someone who used to work at a Moe's how much they... constantly get my orders wrong. I have to order through Door Dash when I work Saturdays and almost every time, I have to get arefund from door dash. They always leave ingredients off, send me the wrong ingredients all together, or this time I was given akid's size quesadilla instead of the regular size that I paid for. It's just super frustrating when I love their food andconstantly get let down. I'm still hungry after eating lunch because the quesadilla was just so small. (They also left aningredient off again and gave me the wrong salsa. The size of the quesadilla was more crucial here, though.) Read more
I got to the register and the lady charged me for a extra meal that I did not order! I said something about it but she tried to... tell me what I ordered. I only added a taco but was charged for a meal. I also ordered a bowl that looked almost empty.Definitely not worth the price anymore. I?ve never heard of that being a policy. Then the trash cans we?re running over! Theworse experience I?ve ever had at Moes. Read more

Definitely gone downhill. I'm a former Moe's lover and I used to really like this place which is why I'm quite sad I have so... many complaints about it now. Over the last year they've really cut back their menu options, not to mention portions. They usedto have fried mushrooms and black olives. Mushrooms were discontinued over a year ago, and recently they also got rid of blackolives, which to me are an essential part of burritos, stacks, etc. I was also shocked to see their Coke Freestyle machine wasgone, replaced with a standard fountain drink machine. I really liked it and considered it part of their image. It's a funsurprise to see at any restaurant and I liked all the drink options it had. But no more. I was also a bit confused about whythey rebranded all their menu items a while ago, like the Wrong Doug, John Coctostan, Homewrecker, etc. It went with theirtheme. Now they're just called the stack, quesadilla, and burrito. I have no idea why they're trying to change theirimage. Overall I don't know how many of these changes are from corporate or just this location, but it almost seems like theyare trying to run themselves out of business. I mean, what kind of taco place doesn't have black olives? I won't be back, sadly. Also, I see a Moe's PR guy is replying to other reviews commenting on the recent menu changes by saying "but we have allkinds of new sauces though." Surely you realize that sauces are not equivalent in any way to toppings like blackolives/mushrooms. It comes across as hollow and disingenuous. If something as simple as black olives is hurting their bottomline that badly it makes me wonder how much longer they'll stay open. As I said, I can't imagine I'll be back. Read more
