I would give zero stars if I could! This is the absolute worst service I?ve ever experienced. NO URGENCY!!! People are lined out... of the parking lot and it literally takes 2-5 minutes for someone to even speak to you over the speaker for each passingcustomer!!! That is not convenient for people the are popping in before work!!! We don?t have 25 minutes to wait in adrive-thru. It infuriates me every time I stop here!!! Cold; very salty and soggy fries. Cold soggy chicken nuggets. Even the sandwich was cold and soggy. Rude customer service not... one word was said to me just handed my order to me and walked off. I get it's McDonald's what should I expect but still. I gomonths without eating at the establishment to finally give it another try. Not only did nothing change but it has become evenworse. The only employee that had some decency and cared about customers was a young man accepting payments at the first window.I will not be back. First 24/7 McDonalds i went to the dude said the service is down. This is the second one at 2 in the morning and I?ve been... waiting 20 minutes for my mobile order. If I could give 0 stars I would. If my autistic child didn't like McDonald's I would never go to this one. I'd drive a few mins... and go to one not so unprofessional. Terrible customer service. Went through drive through at 456pm was pulled to a waiting spot at 458pm, 6 cars pulled to wait. At 525pm still no food brought... out for any of us, tried to call said number out of order. Employees standing around inside talking and laughing. No receipt wasgiven when paying so could not get a refund. Left without food at 540pm. Unreal service. Never again. Read more

I was able to watch two episodes of friends on Netflix that?s how long the line was and when I get up there the cashier guy... didn?t understand that it was a mobile order and he just walked off and there was a group of 10 people standing around doingnothing. The only person that was doing anything was a sweet girl with glasses but then she had to tell me there?s no sweet teanor any apple pie and so she kept trying to get Jackie?s attention Jackie kept walking over and then walking back to the groupthat was sticking around and then walking back and I was saying Jackie could you entertain us and come here please because italready been forever Susan she blabbered that she give me two free apple pies next time I was there this McDonald?s seriously asa joke . I was waiting in line around 10:30 PM paid at first window and next person to receive my food. I sat there 30 minutes and notice... that they was serving people in line behind me out the first window. Never was I asked to pull out of line to wait on my food.Which was 3 orders of the 10 piece nugget meal. I ended up getting my money back and leaving. The worst experience ever Read more
