Today, I had a last minute order for 10 people. Sierra answered the phone and was very professional and accommodating during a... hectic time at their location. Extremely rude cashiers. They are the reason I will not go back. I placed my order, paid and waited. When they made my... sandwiches (3 sandwiches, 3 bags chips & 3 drinks) they just handed them to me. I asked "can I get a bag please" to which one ofthe cashiers came over to give me a bag THEN the other one came over & whispered something in her ear. So the girl laid the bagdown telling me it's self serve yet the bags were behind the counter. That stupid cashiers actually stopped the other one fromgiving me a bag to put all the food in. NEVER AGAIN. If you're that RUDE i don't need to waste my money there. It could bebecause I was white. Everyone working there was black so it was probably a racial thing. Read more
I love Jimmy John's subs. My favorite is the #4 Turkey Tom. This store is very clean and the staff is friendly.
Nice service and Brhea actually helped with the Jimmy Johns app when I couldn't get it to place the order and Sierra took my... order and was very nice, helpful and polite. Very big improvement from the last time I ate here. Great improvements goodpeople, good service, and good food ;) I now highly recommend. To management these ladies need praise and a raise. I stillbelieve it is silly not to give your employees some basic training on the Jimmy John's app. I highly recommend you load somespecial employee perks *free food* when they use the app to get familure with it. JJ probably makes the best sandwiches/subs around. The bread is definitely the best. This location is good, but can be a... challenge to spot if you're driving to it. It is after the Gaston Vet on the right if heading West. Getting out of the location,especially if you need to turn left (East) back towards Charlotte can be a challenge. This locations hours might be shortened.Be sure to check with them beyond the hours potentially listed with Google. We were unaware of that with one of our recentvisits. I believe, at the time, they closed at 6pm). We arrived 15 minutes prior. You could tell the staff were in hopes ofshutting down for the day when we came in. We were served for take out, but could tell they were exhausted. We were grateful toget what we could. They were out of one ingredient at the end of the day for one of the sandwiches we were hoping to order(again shortened hours). Thank you for serving us. I came in for lunch and ordered two sandwiches and somehow received 4 sandwiches when I looked at my receipt which they gave me... along with the sandwiches I saw I paid 31.00$ when I went back to the man to clarify he acted like whatever as if he made nomistake had absolutely no integrity enough to say ?sorry I made a mistake let me fix that? ?. So then I asked for a refund thedidn?t even know which ticket was mine and tried to accuse me of not paying with the same card that was provided when I was thisestablishment was rude nasty and full of people who just don?t care ! Customer service can ruin a meal if not done properly!
