The food is good if you get past the customer experience and keep your fingers crossed for accuracy. Awarding a 2 as first point... of contact was an employee having to give feedback (not good) about anything I ordered and did not record it accurately. Askedfor small whole wheat and got a medium white. Ask for small salad and got a medium. Third item was right. 1 of 3 is very veryNOT good. I know staff gets tired. I know staff is new. Let's not forget to check orders? Please? You let me walk out not knowing I was... supposed to have picked up a drink! I did not know. I had a pretty good experience here the food is pretty good I feel like I get a sub worth the money I pay for the meat tasts... like it came from borshead. Not like subway where you pay and arm and leg for dog food. Idk about the service since I only ordertake out. I have never received a cold sub from them. This place sucks! All the staff takes their sweet time gossiping and hanging out. We waited almost 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches.... Stay away. The Jimmy John?s up the street is much better. Read more
