Don't go! We waited 35 mins in line for the most mediocre food. It gets the 2nd star because the hot dog was actually a little... smokey, and the onion rings were nice and crispy (though definitely generic frozen rings.) Saturday nights are a bust. First time here and waited in line forever before being able to order. The food is not great, so no... wonder the prices are so cheap. Messed up my order even when I was at the window. Need to take time to get the order from the customer before shutting the... window to ensure that the order is correct. Also when order is wrong and trying to talk to the person in the window that theperson not getting an attitude due to the fact that your order was wrong and you were asking it to be corrected. This location needs to work on spending more time training their associates. My mom and I came to get milkshakes and my mom... likes to always get a receipt with whatever she purchases. When the girl handed back the card with no receipt I asked if wecould get one. She seemed like a deer in headlights with this question and proceeded to start searching through all the printedones. After a minute or so she proceeds to tell us that there isn't a receipt because we got milkshakes and that receipts onlycome out if there is a "box". Now it was my turn to give a deer in headlights look because I have never heard such a ridiculousstatement. Read more
I sit in line for at least 10 to 12 min only to get up to the speaker to order and was told cash only that the card reader for... that line had went down. They have 2 other registers..lol so im instructed to drive around and get in the other lane only to sitfor another 15 min waiting to order. Get to speaker and it as if im in the twilight zone. Lil young lady ask me 5 times whichtray i think there is only 2 (jr and regular)then at 4 times was asked what i wanted on my burger. I got the feeling she was inanother conversation. I have seen the billboards since I arrived in NC two months ago and was curious because I could not tell what they are... marketing, so I finally decided to try it last weekend. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and fries, hushpuppies and a soda.Everything was super delicious! $8! I was so pleased that I went back yesterday. But why 4 stars? Price: cannot find fast foodthat good, that cheap! Wait time: is a hit miss. First time, Sunday, it was fast. Yesterday, 6:45 pm, the place was packed! Bothlanes, 15 min wait was reasonable. I ordered the big burger (is like the Large version) and yet I got the small bun. Twice Iordered soda and 3/4 is crushed ice, yesterday I asked for lite ice and still got 3/4 cup with crushed ice. The first time thefries were fresh and crispy, yesterday?.soft and cold. The selection is amazing, so are the sides. Be prepared to potentially have to reiterate what you want about three times because of the really poor speaker quality and/or... the apathy of the employee you're speaking to, then roll over/past a pretty significant pile of other people's trash on your wayto the window, and finally make sure that you visually check all your food before you roll away especially if you have orderedanything customized that could possibly be mistaken... But once the aggravation of ordering is over, the food itself is classicand pretty consistent in taste and quality, especially at this price point. If you're a moderately patient person who doesn'tmind a short stint of a possibly neutral-to-negative encounter in exchange for a truly satisfying meal, this is the place foryou. Read more
