I used the drive through to pick up our food. This location has innovated the double lanes with sturdy structures. The fans and... heat made a huge difference. No doubt the employees who work so very hard outside are more comfortable. This pandemic changed somany things. I appreciate restaurants who take precautions and provide us with great food. By the way our food was delicious, asalways! I also enjoyed my usual treat, a frosted lemonade. Read more

We brought a group of adults with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities. The whole staff was great. Our guys were able to... order without attitude or being rushed like other fast food places. I am definitely a fan of this establishment. Read more

I have never been to such a horrible Chick-fil-A. My experience was terrible. My order apparently didn?t go through the app and... then I was told to wait another 20 minutes for my order. There are literally no employees here and very unclean. Read more

This location is at least consistent?. which would be great if I wanted cold chicken tenders or nuggets. Not attentive to... details like giving a fork or salsa which yes are small but they forget something EVERY time and I?m so used to other locationsthat I pull away without checking. Read more

Just had my first visit to the new location. 8/19/2022 2:15pm Tram Seq 145033. Other than the obvious that its located at a bad... intersection with heavier traffic making it harder to get to than the old one that was at Lowe's; my bad review comes from therudeness and unprofessionalism of the person that handed me my food. She did not speak, was impatience as I put my drink in thecup holder, practically solved the bag inside my car then make a "eye roling face" when I told her thank you. That face sh madeus what prompted me to leave the review.. Also I have attached a photo of what most of my waffle fries look like, many were tooburnt to eat. Read more

I imagine they relocated to be closer to an 85 exit and attract more travelers. I'm not sure why that was necessary given that... the previous location was already packed to begin with and the Belmont location is just a few exits away, capitalism I guess.Even so, the drive thru experience is still very fast and friendly and they never get the order wrong from our experience. Thewalk out drive thru window is a nice addition to speed up service so that cars can actually be served in whatever order the foodcomes out first, with an extra lane to leave if you're served early/out of queue. Access for the location isn't as simple as"make a turn off the main road and you're here" like most fast food locations. Located where Ruby Tuesday's once was. Read more

I bought dinner for two families tonight. When I got home, they didn't give me one of the sandwiches in my order. I understand... things happen, but the only way they would compensate me for the $5 was if I drove the twenty minutes back up there with myreceipt. So, not only did they take $5 from me, one of my family members didn't get to eat dinner. The whole experience wassuper unprofessional, and the manager was not helpful at all. I will go to the Belmont franchise from now on because theircustomer service is better. If I'm going to spend almost $40 for fast food, I expect them to at least give me the food. Read more

New location sucks. Slower than the last, they forgot my sisters meal, my chicken sandwich is nasty, straight cartilage; and to... top it off I asked for NO pickles. Shame. Read more
