I was disappointed in the amount of fires that came with our orders. It was a small child?s portion. When I questioned why the... portion was so small, I was advised that corporate had advised they wasted too many fries. When spending close to $50 for twomeals. I feel the portion of fries wasn?t what I paid for. The waitress was friendly, and apologized, but she explained thatthe kitchen staff has control of the portions. Read more

The WORST location of BWW. This reminded why I never go here anymore. Service was fine, drinks were decent but the food was so... bad it was laughable. Chip and Dip Trio was disgusting: served in 3 small cardboard drink cups. Wings were cold, sauce wasbarely on there and of course?price was totally unjustified. Great Wings and good service. Also is a perfect choice for late night since not softer restaurants are closed already.
Much better than the Steele Creek location. The staff is friendly. However, food is limited at certain times. Due to staffing,... so I understand. I just hope they keep the traditional wings and fries at all times. I'd call ahead if you wanted somethingspecific. Read more

We came in and the hostess let us know there was a wait. Which I'm fine with, but she let multiple large groups and couples skip... us without speaking to us again. She let many of them sit at the bar, knowing they planned on eating food. So that means it's alonger wait for us to sit while the kitchen catches up. Nothing worse than being ignored when you came in polite andunderstanding of the wait time. Read more
