As, we all know there is massive shortage on employees nationwide but the Bo team at this location did not let that stop them.... While orders kept coming they stayed focus and positive. Thanks so much!!! I definitely got to point out the Manger she keptthe moral going with her team and the customer's as we waited for our orders. Went through the drive thru to grab my daughter some lunch...The employees were pleasant and super helpful. The food was HOT and... correct! When she handed us the drink, she wiped down the sides and everything. I LOVE when they do that! We weren't sure if thesauce was in the box and she didn't hesitate to hand us another. Read more
The cashier was awesome, but every one working to make food was ,sitting in chairs, eating by the food,couldn't order fries... because they had not dropped them and too much mayonnaise on my sandwich it was all over the paper. By the time the cashier wasable to get someone to wash their hands to fix my order, they had fries, cashier ask if she needed to come to back and makeorder because all those employees and no one doing Nothing. Best Bojangles I ever been to. And I have been to a lot of them in 4 or 5 different states. Super modern and clean on the... inside. They don't have all the food laid out like a cafeteria like 90 percent of the Bojangles. They have a window where youcan watch them make biscuits. You order your food and then sit down, they bring it to your table. They also bring you yourdrinks, no self serve. I was asked multiple times if I needed a drink refill or anything else. Really polite workers and theyseemed happy. Not sure what the management does different here, but they should be well paid and every manager in the Bojanglessystem needs to spend a day here and learn how they do it. Actually had nice music playing and you could actually hear it andnot someone screaming out orders to the people in back. I will be back here even though I have to pass 3 of them on the waythere. I ordered and paid for chicken breast meal and was given two thighs???? Out of coleslaw and wings. Nothing worse the going... through the drive thru and hearing, we are out of that and that. The machine for the drinks need to be changed over. When I saidsomething about the drinks they did make it right. Owner this is the newest and could be great because of location. I went to here this morning and got sausage gravy biscuits can some one please explain why i open it and there's very Lil gravy... and a sausage patty in the middle of the biscuits this is a first and I'm sure its not suppose to be done like that Read more
Idk where my review is but I left 12 days ago along with the picture of the undersized chicken sandwhich they gave me. This... place is horrible with poor staff, bad service and bad food. The cook staff sings about how the food is nasty and mocks drivethrough customers. The girl that was taking drive through orders would leave and when got back was throwing things at themanager while verbally acosting her. Overall horrible experience. Place should just be completely gutted of staff and rehireother because at this point you are gaining a bad reputation for yourself and the other reviews clearly show that. Read more
This was the first time we were able to actually eat here because all the other times they have been closed early or open late.... Went for lunch and it wasn't too busy. The employees were all having personal conversations so loud you could hear it as youapproach. Food came up in a timely manner but wasn't up to par. The dirty rice seemed a but watery, the fries had an extremeabout of salt and the chicken was soggy on the bottom. One employee was "cleaning the dinning room" so she could go home earlyand had nerve to mop under/around our table in the corner while we were eating. We stopped and looked and she replied yall fine,not in the way all the while mopping my FEET. Seemed to be all kids not an adult in site. Read more
