1 star for taste and 1 star for service. The food was right, and it tasted good. We got 2 hot dogs and a Hawaiian chicken... sandwich. They lost a star for the price (19.85 for 2 hot dogs, a chicken sandwich, 1 large drink, and an ice water.) They losta star because the large Dr. Pepper was 2.79 and my small cup of ice water was 2.59. Downloaded their app which gave us a coupon for a free classic burger with purchase. There was two of us that down loaded. We... went at 830 pm and the doors were closed. So we had to use the drive thru. Ordered and went to pay and the guy said he could notring it up because we were in the same vehicle. We were paying separately. I said your doors are closed so I cant enter inside.He refused to accept the order. Will not return to this establishment. This was my first visit here. Read more
I have been to this location often and never Abad experience until today around 7. When I ordered my burger I asked them to sub... the beef for turkey, thinking my order would be correct and it wasn't. I went back through the drive through and only 2minutes or less had passed. I went back to the drive through and informed the person took my order that i asked for a turkeyburger. The person stated I had to pay for a corrected burger since they did not hear me say sub for turkey. I was like finebut it did not make any since. The person then stated I don't have to pay after saying I did. I drove around then I'm guessingthe Manager came and took my order again and I told her I will just keep the burger since it seemed I was making a difficultrequest when I thought it was simple. The Manager did take my card and I paid for an additional burger since they did not hearme say Sub and I always state that when ordering. Very expensive, you have to pay extra for each hamburger topping. I ordered a single hamburger Regular combo, and my husband... ordered a single hamburger and a regular drink, and it cost us $24!! ???? The burgers were a small to average size, and thetaste was actually pretty good, but the prices are outrageous. Cook Out burgers are much better in every way, and for half theprice. The food was subpar, our order was wrong, and our burgers were raw. We got 2 combos: (1) A burger with fries and a drink and (2)... a burger with mac and cheese and a drink. Instead we got 3 burgers and a fry and our drinks. The hamburger itself was very dryand tasteless and also it was raw. 1/10 Would not recommend. Read more
Been there twice in a week, always like the burgers, lots of flavor and today we ordered a burger with an extra meat for our... dog. The employee was super helpful, and even brought the extra patty in a separate container for us to take home. She told usit was cheaper to buy a burger with the extra patty than buy a kids burger for her. She was super nice and was very patient withour orders! And try the chili fries!! Sooooo good!! Place is new and clean . They just started allowing dine in. The did not seem to be impressed by walking. Orderd a #4 from menu... burger wit mushrooms, menu says saute mushrooms. First burger came super quick. Fries were OK burger was nothing special andmushrooms were one of those marinated not saute. There menu states there should be saute. Paid $13 for a burger and had somebasic expectations. Well not a place for me. Read more
I love BYB, and wish there were some locations near to me. I have missed the blackened burger, and chili cheese fries. Glad to... see these still exist, and this location is probably the nicest one I have been in. Food took a little time to be ready, but isfreshly made and delicious. Refills on lemonade is also quite nice. Read more
