This was one of the most enjoyable times I've ever been to a Arby's. This particular RV and the crew that they had working for... them were above and beyond expectations. Arby's at this location use to get five star review from me. This has been the 4th time over 30 minutes waiting in line to order... then another 30 to get the food. This is unacceptable especially for working Americans who have a time frame they can eat. Sadwhen I can go to Walmart buy food and cook it in the time it takes to order just order at this Arby's location. Read more
We went through the drive-through. Order 2 beef and cheddar. Thank goodness we opened them up before we got back on the road... one did not have the cheddar!!! So had to get shoes back on and go inside after all to fix that problem. They were very kind andhappy to help. Read more
Will not be returning. Poor services, prices are skyrocket, people standing on chairs and no one is saying anything about it.... Bathroom was nasty,. So I know the service people are to. Where do they wash their hands, Idk. I didn't eat I just left. Read more
Just sent my Granddaughter to the Arby's #6977 at 524 Cox Rd in Gastonia with a coupon for 2 Beef and Cheddar for $6.00. She was... told y'all no longer honor that coupon even though the expiration date is 8/31/22. I was charged $5.15 for each sandwich. Justmy opinion, but, that seems like false advertisement. Arby's as a whole is slowly going down hill. But this dogfight locating has taken it upon themselves to be the epitome of... lackluster food, poor service, and everything you would expect wrong with fast food. We typically have poor experiencesscattered throughout our fast food visits but try to overlook them as one-offs. This restaurant had repeatedly missed items weordered, given bad attitudes, taken far too long to deliver food, and delivered cold or stale food. Today in fact there was noone else in the drive through, the inside was empty, yet it took several minutes to take our order. Once we got to the window wehad to pull up to wait on our good even though no one was behind us, and when we got our food we got extras of some things,missed a few others and everything tasted as if it had been sitting under a warmer for an hour. Picked up two fish sandwiches. One regular and the other with cheddar cheese. The fish was plentiful and tasted good. Nice... amount of tartar sauce as well. Lettuce was insignificant and would have preferred a nice green leaf. Do not recommend cheddarcheese on the fish. Really was subpar cheese. This Arby's is kept clean and the service through the drive-thru was quick. Read more
Customer service is absolutely appalling. Pull up to the drive thru and the only two employees are outside smoking cigarettes,... and wait till there is someone behind us to slowly walk back inside. Then we are told to pull up to wait on a little bit of foodcause there is only two of them (unprepared), that was 15min ago we are still sitting here waiting with the truck that wasbehind us. If this is how Arbys operates then no wonder every other restaurant is packed right now while they're bare. Read more
