This is the second time I have gotten food and first they were missing things from my order, went back to get what was missing... and they still messed it up. Got home to check the sandwiches and none of them took the restrictions off we asked for and thesandwich we requested was missing a patty. I had an order for a customer tonight who ordered well before 2am I arrived 1:23 to pick order up and the shift lead had the... audacity to wave his arms as if he could choose his own closing hours. He is lucky I did not make a scene. If I get a bad starrating on doordash I will be calling the store manager to have this employee reprimanded for his incompetency of how to look ata clock. Sat in line for over 20 minutes. My son ordered a Dave?s triple large and I ordered a Dave?s single large, my son also ordered a... baconactor fried and once we got home after a 30 minute drive we didn?t even get the bacon stir fries, I tried calling 6 timesand the call wouldn?t go through!! Currently sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes plus and they ask me to pull forward.. I?m tired of pulling forward just... for them to make me sit even longer. The service here really sucks and the employees today are really rude. Have food ready toprepare and serve when people come to the drive through. That?s why they call it fast food. I?m really disappointed that theywould rather make the whole line of customers sit and wait because they had a hard time serving one person. Really not impressedwith the employees! Read more
At this point just shut down. Came this morning to get breakfast got home with neither one of my large fry?s. No straws. No... ketchup. A whole different meal then what I paid for. I?ve tried calling the store but no answer. They need a new staff or justshut the whole thing down. Read more
