The app is very user friendly. I love the push notifications during the cooking process. I really appreciate the Estimated... Delivery Time BEFORE I pay. I have had to call the store to cancel several orders at Papa John's before because the deliverytime they gave me AFTER taking my money was just ridiculously long and I didn't want to wait that long for food. This place used to be good now it's horrible. Takes well over an hour to get anything and then it's messed up. Large pizza is... tiny undercooked and smashed up. Dip looks gross. Highly do not recommend. Don't order from here. Read more

Given there are not many pizza places to choose from in the area. I have been waiting over an hour for my order. I called to... check on my order and the associate Hannah or Anna, had a very nasty attitude as if I am wrong for checking on my order. Sheproceeds to tell me what they have and don't have, which isn't my problem, yet it's understandable. A courtesy call could solvea lot of problems. Yet, she allowed her title to go to her head and talk to customers as if one is inferior to her. She shouldbe more compassionate to customers giving they not in a position to not have orders come through. This isn't my first timeordering from here, but it could be my last. I don't spend my money to be disrespected. She better be glad my son wanted pizza,otherwise, I would have cancelled the whole entire order. Read more
