Reception assistance is not nice.the room was so noisy i can hear walking from the stairs,hallway,and the guest walking in the... rooms from the next floor.didn?t get rest the whole night.when I check out told the reception.she say you should have asked theroom from above. Worst hotel and unfriendly staff service. I would give them no stars for their service, rooms, and 15th century fittings, had... booked through Hotwire, in which they mentioned that this is their best hotel. JOKE? Too much noise outside the room, FROM THERESTRAUNT AND BAR RIGHT OPPOSITE OUR ROOM. The floors shatter when you walk, and the heater makes so much noise, we had to turnit off. Plus, the walls are so thin. we could hear people banging ang clinking stuff and talking through the walls, all night.Extremely Uncomfortable. There were bugs too in the mattress that have bitten us not added to our troubles!! We just couldn?teven sleep throughout the night. Not worth the price. Room was very clean. We were on second floor so no noise issue. There are only 2 issues for us 1. There are no rooms with... queen bed + one more bed so we end up having two double beds 2.
