Not a happy camper. Ordered $60 worth of food because I had my grands this evening. 3 melts 2 pizzas and some wings. Usually... have it delivered but I decided to do carry out. Get home fix our plates and second bite out of my flip I get a long brown hair.Call the store and the manager tells me "that's not possible. We don't have anyone in the store with long brown hair, ( liar!!!I seen not one but two guys with hair hanging past their shoulders making pizzas) and even if it did have a hair the pizza ovenwould have burnt it up" Mind you it's inside of the flip. The bacon inside of the meat lovers flip wasn't even cooked just bigclumps of fat. So if it doesn't even cook the bacon I highly doubt it would desintgrate a hair. Well now that the kids seen mepull a hair out of my mouth from my flip they won't eat theirs and I can't say I blame them. But hey the manager offered me awhole ten dollar credit . From now on we'll be going to caseys or pizza king. Upset me enough I went back and took pictures ofyour brown haired cook that you didn't have working tonight. Terrible manager. Read more
After giving 5 stars on my previous order, I now have to change it to 2 stars following my order yesterday. I ordered Detroit... style pizza and paid extra to have pepperoni/sausage/mushroom/onion and i redeemed a reward for free cheese sticks. The pizzaarrived and only had sausage/pepperoni on it and the cheese sticks arrived with no marinara sauce that was to be includedaccording to the offer. Yes, I took pictures of the pizza. Just wanted y?all to know this pizza hut is beyond incredible. The people are so kind and understanding. They were having a bit... of a rough night and were incredibly communicative and bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. Just really greatpeople Read more
Never once filled out a review?This is my first. So it hasn?t been good the last 3 or so times I have ordered. Missing parts of... the order- over/under cooked food. This time they forgot my wings- drove all the way back and not even a sorry or our fault. Hada question about the bill and whoever was up front was completely unprofessional. His answer was correct on my bill, but handledit like a complete jackwagon. I wasn?t even upset, whoever was at the window was. I just asked a question. This occurred 9/2/22about 6:30 in the evening. Breadsticks were not even done. The capper was I then watched from the drive thru window, the pizzamakers make 2-3 pizzas with nothing on their hands. Just bare handed- touching all the food. Absolutely disgusting. I?ll neverbe back. No need to reply on how you?re going to make this right. You can?t. Been a 2-3 time a month customer for quite a while.I?m done with this place. Read more

This Pizza Hut has the worst service! We moved here in the summer and this is the only pizza place that delivers. I?ve ordered... from them a ton as I am busy with four kids and a graduate student. I have experienced it all. They take sometimes two hours todeliver. The sauce problem is ridiculous. Pictures below is a cheese pizza that is suppose to have extra sauce an has next to nosauce! Also who taught this person how to cut the pizza? I ordered cheese sticks on my previous order and they send breadsticks.I ordered a super supreme with out the Italian sausage and Pork and they sent it with! They remade it today and guess what! I ordered the pizza box with pasta and the pasta was not completely done. The middle was fine but around the edge of the whole... thing the pasta was still uncooked and disgusting. UPDATE!! This is the second time I've ordered pasta from them and it'shorrible! The outside edge part is hard and crunchy all around. I have pictures this time and they dont do justice because itwas terrible. Not enough sauce being added to the pasta, it's dry and crunchy and the outer edges aren't getting soft. They'rehard. Absolutely unacceptable! Read more
Make a promise to right a wrong then don?t, terrible example of a Pizza Hut dry pizza no sauce, can?t even make a pizza... correctly. Will never have my service again that is for sure. ???????? Read more
