The Grilled Shrimp salad is the best. They give you 10 BIG shrimp. Best salad ever!

There's a lot to like about La Cascada and we've been back a few times since their dining room opened, which is nice since we... weren't able to get there for the last year when the pandemic was in full swing. I found a new item (at least to me) on themenu: Grilled Chicken Salad. It's a simple lettuce salad with cheese, tomatoes, avacado, and grilled grilled chicken, but thesimplicity works... it's a new favorite. For me, also the perfect size to eat there and have no leftovers, although I suppose itmight be a bit small-ish for some as a main dish. My wife usually gets fish tacos and they're pretty good too. We often getthe same server who is always happy and makes it a fun visit. There's a lot of Mexican places we've been to, but this is ourfavorite! Read more
The food is very delicious. You get plenty to eat. They do have a full bar, so you can have your favorite drink.

I was visiting from Fort Wayne and ordered chicken + steak fajitas. It has probably been 20 years since I've been here. If I... remember right, it wasn't very good back then. That has all changed. Everything I ate was a notch above anything I've had in theregion. You can tell the salsa was freshly made. It was a little runny, but was very flavorful. The surprise stand-out for mewas the rice. This is probably the best Mexican Rice I've ever had. And that includes the rice made by family who are Mexican. Read more
