Maybe fix the giant pothole in the drive thru. And possibly answer your phone. 2 suggestions for a 4 star rating.
I pulled up to the drive through in my work truck, as I have at this and many ither establishments. It's a little bit too tall... for the awnings, so I stay a little wide and step out of the truck to interact at the window. This time, I received no replydespite calling out and adjusting my position to try to notify the associate that I'm there. After pulling up to the window, theassociate apologized (clearly uncomfortable with what they were told to say to me) and said "My manager said to tell you thedining room is open." I responded, "Can I just order here? It's one thing." And they simply said they couldn't serve me there,and that I had to come inside. Very unprofessional of the manager to decline service, especially given the circumstances. Therewas nobody else in line. I just wanted a slider, but apparently their manager had to prove a point or something. But thankfullythere's a lot of other cheap fast food alternatives that are perfectly willing to accept my money. Read more
I just love this dang place. But, it's fast food and that means human meat. So nope!
Good beef and chedder, when did they stop having potato cakes? And why? Would have been at least 3 stars, but no potato cakes.

Arby's has some of the better roast beef sandwiches out there in the fast food market. It was savory and slightly sweet from... the barbecue sauce. They were rather busy so the fries weren't as hot as they should have been. Overall, the meal was prettygood. I would give it 4 stars. Read more
