A little slow the workers, the manager was pushing them but they where taking their sweet time
The staff that was working the day I went were very nice and friendly. Taco Bell food isn't great IMO, but if you have to eat... there, you hope for employees this nice. My 4 stars are 100% for the friendliness of the workers. If Taco Bell used betterquality ingredients in their food I'd have given them 5 stars. Read more
If I was able to rate this location with zero star, I would. Employees here are not serious with their job. They are very slow... and rude. I came here in the morning and the black lady screamed at me and I decided to leave. I came back at night 3 blackmales were working there but kept playing instead of working on customer?s orders. When I tell u this was the BEST Taco Bell I?ve been to as a Vegan. I mean the best. My kids are vegetarian and me and my husband... are vegan . They got EVERY order right the first time, they were patient, really kind, courteous, and it was overall a reallypleasant experience. Me and my family were on a 18 hr road trip and just stopped for bathroom and fuel and happened to stumbleacross this gem . If I could I would give taco bell in Gary Indiana a zero star. The workers are so rude to mainly everyone now. They ignore... customers, they don't clean most of the tables were dirty and so was the floor. The employees attack you verbally for no reasonand they threaten people for no reason . The food is good but it's the workers that r the problem. Read more
Got my buritoe with extra meat it was good . My husband wanted extra meat, sauce and cheese on his casadia but they didn't put... any of it . But girl at the tender was nice and pleasant though. Read more
