Had a regular burger and french fries. Went thru the drive thru at lunch time. Employees were friendly and efficient. Burger was... hot (and without onions and pickles as ordered ????) and so were the fries. Very good! Read more

On Monday 6/13/22 I got there at 9:06 p.m. and sat for 40 minutes before finding my order was short. I pull back around wait... another 12 minutes. When I finally got home to eat my now cold food I found my big Mac's had no pickels and 3 pieces of lettucebetween them. One of my children didn't get the drink in their happy meal. I understand that the world is short staffed but yournumber 1 job is to make sure your giving the consumer the proper order as fast as you can 52 total minutes and I was stillshort. Management needs to do their jobs and actually control their crew too many personal just slacking off. Lobby was supposedly open... but doors were locked. So i went thru the drivethru After paying it took 15 minutes to get a milkshake and a ice cream cone. Read more
This Garrettsville location is horrible.....I go every morning and order the same thing, yet this store can't seem to get an... order right. On top of it breakfast is over at 1030, meaning you should have enough biscuits made to get you through until saidtime.....nope not this place constantly out of items just because they don't want to make them and not because they are actuallyout of the said item.
