I love the smoothies, but this location is ghetto. I order on the app in advance and the smoothies are NEVER ready for me only... about 2x they were actually ready. Staff is rude and not welcoming. One time the door was looked and it stated they were openfor a half an hour, the girl unlocked the door and walked away ..didn?t open door or welcome me in. If it wasn?t near my job, Iwouldn?t come to this location. Read more
I make a lot of deliveries for DoorDash from this location and they are really timely with my orders.
I?m not one to leave reviews, but it?s now been twice that I?ve ordered on the app and selected no almonds for my smoothie, but... found they were still included. I do not have a nut allergy, luckily, but this is definitely something that should be consideredin the future for those who do. I really hope that employees will be a little more conscientious about ingredients! Read more
There smoothie's and flatbread's are pretty good. Just don't order delivery off of the Tropical Smoothie app. I have had more... than one order come incomplete and they basically tell you, "We can't help you. It's the delivery service's problem." I am notusing Uber Eats or Door Dash. I'm using the Tropical Smoothie App for delivery. It's Tropical Smoothie's problem because I amusing your app for delivery service! Read more
We are about a month old now and I am very impressed with the great young team. Our cafe is off to a great start and we are... very excited to be part of the White Oak area in Garner NC. Disappointed a $6 "three cheese" quesadilla has actually less cheese than tortilla.. go for something else cuz it's not worth... your money there.. Also, their smoothie ingredients are all pre-portioned so of course, for corporate sake, you're getting a lotmore filler than you are actual ingredients.. rather disappointing food experience. Their smoothies and food are good. They're a bit expensive, but it's all decent food. One thing that made me a tad bit upset is... when we asked for a smoothie with chocolate banana they said that there were none besides a kids smoothie even though there afew on the menu with both ingredients in it. The smoothies are great, the service is good, and the order pickup is pretty darn good. The only drawback is that there needs... to be a extended parking lot for customers to compensate for needs of the Navy Federal Credit Union and the uptick of service atTropical Smoothie's Cafe.
