I've visited hundreds of Starbucks across the eastern U.S. and this is by far the best I've ever been to. Time and time again,... they show why this location is such a bright spot in the community. I moved to the Garner area a year ago and this has become mygo-to. Lena, Rebecca, Chrissy, and Maddie are always, always, always rockstars and they take excellent care of their guests.Personally, they've taken the time to remember my name and order, which goes far above and beyond any expectation. Working infood service management for years, I'd kill for employees like the ones you have here. I have been inside to order in person and have seen people walk in grab an order and leave. Apparently they ordered online. I... have checked on the Starbucks website, and app, Doordash, ubereats and grubhub. So I tried calling to ask what app you use. Noanswer. I guess I'll go to your competitors. There are plenty of local shops willing to sell coffee items and willing to answerthe phone and let you know how to order in advance. Read more

You have a few that are super nice I love the guy I forget his name he?s always super nice and professional! On the other hand... most of the woman forget attitudes! I want to give a great review for the Starbucks employees at the Starbucks on Cabella Drive in Garner, NC. They go the 2nd... mile in customer service. I was amazed last week after going in multiple days, and they were full capacity in the drive thruand inside. Yet, they went all out to give everyone their beverage at a record place.
