I go to Starbucks frequently. Honestly it is a hit or miss whenever I customize drinks. Some take the time to make it an... enjoyable experience while others throw it together to get it out. I've visited hundreds of Starbucks across the eastern U.S. and this is by far the best I've ever been to. Time and time again,... they show why this location is such a bright spot in the community. I moved to the Garner area a year ago and this has become mygo-to. Lena, Rebecca, Chrissy, and Maddie are always, always, always rockstars and they take excellent care of their guests.Personally, they've taken the time to remember my name and order, which goes far above and beyond any expectation. Working infood service management for years, I'd kill for employees like the ones you have here. I have been inside to order in person and have seen people walk in grab an order and leave. Apparently they ordered online. I... have checked on the Starbucks website, and app, Doordash, ubereats and grubhub. So I tried calling to ask what app you use. Noanswer. I guess I'll go to your competitors. There are plenty of local shops willing to sell coffee items and willing to answerthe phone and let you know how to order in advance. Read more
