Ordered 2 combo meals and a kids meal. It was $40 and not even worth it. Minimal protein, minimal cheese. The orders were... incomplete. Extremely bad experience with takeout. We were waiting to place an order for about five minutes and the guy at the counter did... not even bother to make eye contact and ask us what we needed. I waited for as long as I can just to see how long he would gowithout asking us what we needed and then walked out of the restaurant. No one bothered to ask us what we needed even then. 5people in total behind the counter and no one asked the customer what they wanted. Sad. Take your business elsewhere people. Read more
It was 5 employees today, and 3 customers in the restaurant. The food line was filthy! The bottles of sauce were gross. The food... looked like it had been sitting all day. But the grill was covered in chicken. I asked the manager on duty to clean up. Itsmelled! Too many people on staff not at least wiping the countertops. Read more
They offer curbside but won't answer the phone. I had to call multiple times before I had to go in. I walk in, no one says a... word, one girl looks at me standing at the register then turns around. I see a bag behind the counter, see the name is mine,grab it and then leave. Worst customer service I've EVER seen. If this wasn't the only Moe's within 30 minutes, I wouldn't comehere. Read more

Rudest employees ever. They are costing the owner $$$ by closing the lobby 40 minutes earlier than posted. A wig that has to... constantly be adjusted...around a food setting...without a hair net...that is absolutely disgusting. Steer clear. Read more
Moe's is just not what it used to be. I literally took my family to a sit down restaurant one night and had a wonderful... experience. I had plenty of food and spent less than I did at Moe's for higher quality food and experience. The food at Moe's ismostly fine, but it's crazy how much they jack up the prices on us. Go to a sit down Mexican restaurant and you'll get betterfood and actual service at a clean table. Not one clean table in the entire place. The drink station wasn't stocked and was alsosuper dirty. I just left this location and I am disgusted and appalled. There was a female behind the counter with burgundy hair and long... nasty nails, that kept leaning into and giggling with two young men that were making orders. This lady commences to maintain hernon-professional demeanor in front of customers & then starts coughing and putting her hands on her face and touching her hair.When I inquired about what exactly is she doing, I was met by a barrage of angry nasty co-workers commenting , that basicallystuck up for their coworkers attitude and nastiness(the worker that said something is the worker she was leaning and gigglingwith), then they tell me that she is NOT even on the clock. So, Moes has a non scheduled worker behind the register and preparea, that has long nasty nails, no gloves on, a personal hoodie on, hair not pulled back, coughing, touching her face, attitudehaving person for what?
