Incredibly slow service. Had a curbside order for a frappe and took over 15 minutes. They weren?t packed at all. After 10... minutes I walked into the store, then I saw my order on the table so I turned around thinking they would be bringing it outsoon. 5 minutes later I?m still waiting. I go in to pick up my order. Another 5 minute wait to get to the counter. This isridiculous. Read more

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Checked in once parked. App stated about 5 minutes for my order. I waited almost 30 minutes... before I went inside. 30 minutes for 2 small slushies and a large coke. I understand staffing issues, but 30 minutes forbeverages is kinda ridiculous. Read more
I understand that this is McDonald?s, but this location has the stalest and coldest low quality food I?ve ever gotten from... anywhere. Nothing is ever fresh and I?ve tried 3x now since it is so convenient for my commute. Come on, step it up. If I?mpaying $20 for 2 10 piece nugget meals, they should at least be hot when I get them. The service was kinda slow, however not a total disappointment. The fish fillet was freshly made fries nice and hot.
Only wanted a Caramel Frappuccino and told to use the kiosk but the menu on the kiosk showed the drink not available. So I... stood at the counter for an extended time waiting, and waiting, and waiting just so I could ask an employee if they were ableto make my request and they said yes but I needed to place my order on the kiosk. When they finally allowed me to explain theproblem with the kiosk they reluctantly took my order the old fashioned way at the register. Read more
