I had my pizzas made fresh since there were changes that needed to be made. My mom enjoyed the deep dish pizza with cheese only.... My grandmother who also ate the deep dish said it was too spicy...I had the plain wings which looked they cooked pigeons ratherthan chickens based on their size. The wings had a seasoning on them that had a bite to it. I think the same seasoning was inthe sauce (which is why my grandmother thought it was spicy). I had the pizza and sticks with extra pepperoni and light saucealong with the wings. My pizza and the sticks were great!!! Service was ????. Poor customer service !!! I called ahead they said 25 min, I arrived at 25. They said another 10/20 minutes, at 20 minutes i... asked again she went back to ask. Never came, ignored my 3 more times. I literally had to ask if she was going to answer me . I was not being rude but very frank. Ordered online, got the notice pizza was ready, got there about 5 minutes later to be told my pizza was just going into the... oven. Another person was waiting for over 30 minutes for their pizzas, same story, got the notice but wasn't even in the oven.Was told by staff that there was a rush in the lobby so they worked to get them out before they started working on the onlineorders. ordered on the phone, was told it would be 10 min. got there and waited until it had been 15 min before I went in. went in and... told her my name and there was no order. had to reorder and wait an additional 20 minutes for a pepperoni pizza that was soggyand uncooked on the bottom. very disappointed. they are lacking help at this location, 42 hwy.i wont go back for at leastanother year for this. its a shame because I only live 5 min down the road. little ceasars you have e lost out on a customerthat eats pizza 3 times a week. great job!
