got my #66 portabella cheese steak sandwich home and unwrapped it to find ZERO steak. Just bread, cheese, mushrooms and onions.... what a ripoff for a $15 meal!! they take it in the back to make it, so you have no clue what you're going to get apparently. Read more
Awful Jersey Mike's location. The staff are THE WORST. Straw that broke the camels back the other day was charging me $20 for a... single tuna wrap and then claiming no one except some guy named Danny could fix it. Stopped by, no Danny. Phonecalls, no answer.Left my info, no call. Danny and this staff are lazy. My office is right down the street and a lot of us would frequent thislocation, but we barely go now because we have all had so many poor experiences that legitimately lead back to just poormanagement and employee morale. These kids in here are miserable and they make sure their customers are aware. If you manage/ownthis place just get rid of them, there are plenty of pleasant people in the community that would love a job. PS.. clean up!People eat here. Sweeping isn't hard. Came in today for the first time? male with the DREADS (the one that thinks he is a female) was really rude and... unprofessional First off when I came in I heard him screaming about how he was ready to go? and how he was thinking aboutcalling out of zaxbys too because they were ?getting on his nerves? first thing I thought was this place was unprofessional..should?ve left then. Still ordered. He made my sandwich and slapped everything on my bread in a wild manner. I asked the guynext to him to add more turkey (which I didn?t mind paying for) and the he-she got extremely mad for what idk. He started to saythat customers who usually come in there should know how much turkey is on the bread etc and I?ll have to pay for it (which ..again, was not a problem ) whole time I?m starring at him shocked cause he?s so angry. He needs to be FIRED because clearly hedoesn?t want to be there. The employee next to him was even shaking his head cause obviously he?s used to this behavior. Unfortunate experience at this location today. Order was missing a sub so had to turn around and drive 20 minutes back to the... store to get it. Another sub was made incorrectly. Human error I understand, but when paying $16 per sub it should becorrect-ish. Read more

Ordered on Uber Eats and 2 of my items were missing. Called up there and they said they would call me back after rush hour....
