It was my child?s birthday turning 7. We chose to go to IHOP and let him experience what we experienced as child?s when we would... have a small celebration with the staff. On our visit today the hostess was excellent and gave us the southern hospitality thatNC is famous for. When we told her that it was our child?s birthday they said they will see what they could do and they wouldbe happy too. We chose IHOP to have a memorable little birthday before school but only left with staff complaining it?s to busyto celebrate birthday. The waitress did drop off ice cream after long wait as we thought they forgot. As we walk out anotherwaitress, ignorant of the volume of her voice ?That?s one less problem out of our hair, nobody got time for that? as we leavethe IHOP. The kindness is gone and these special moments are to inconvenient for IHOP. The food was mediocre and overpriced togo just for the food. Maybe these special moments are no more. Read more
My last visit was amazing! The waitress was very nice and the food was fresh. If you want shell eggs, get your egg fried and... tell them well done if you don't want them runny. Two visits ago a waitress who was missing a lot of teeth, scraped some foodoff the window with her finger in front of me and my husband as soon as we sat down. She said "what do they do in this placewhen I'm not here!?". This made us uncomfortable for the majority of the time, mostly due to her frantic energy and her, nowdirty, hands. My husband doesn't eat meat and asked for double eggs instead of bacon and she gave him a VERY hard time andbasically said no. This time our waitress gave him double eggs (because it makes sense), she didn't do anything gross, and shewas friendly!We didn't see the scary waitress this time, so we were relieved! ???? Called in an order to specifically reiterate not to overcook pancakes only to receive overcooked pancakes, salty, greasy... hashbrowns. Spoke with a Victoria, who clearly did not advise the kitchen staff accordingly. Highly disappointed and no time forremake as my husband was picking up order on his way to work where I was meeting him to retrieve the order. Read more

Our waitress was great!!! We weren't satisfied with the other staff as we stod there in a mostly empty restaurant, no one... besides our older waitress paid us attention. Once we were seated she did a great jo. And food was great. Read more
Delicious food!!! Wonderful halloween options It was very full. But we only waited 15 minutes for our table.
New waitress, she was very delightful! Good was as ordered, always good as usual! Everyone there is so pleasant and quick to... take order and quick to receive it! We enjoy our IHOP in Garner! We will be back! Read more
