This was my first visit and I went because I had people talking about how great their food was. I will say that the first person... I spoke to was nice and she took our order. The burger was made as I ordered it, the fries were fresh cut potatoes as I had beentold although I feel they could have been cooked a little longer. Overall the food was okay not great as everyone made it soundlike it was. I just don't think it was worth the over $40 I paid for 2 burgers, 2 orders of fries and 2 lg. drinks. I?ve been here 3 times so far and they been consistently great. Burgers are made perfect, they give you plenty of fries. If... you order pick up, they will wait until you get there to get your fries. Great method actually. The employees are always niceand welcoming! Read more
I have always enjoyed five guys. This was probably my worst experience at one. The chocolate shake was very thin and runny more... like chocolate milk. My burger was broken it was in three separate pieces when I went to pick it up one of the three pieces ofthe burger fell out. The fries were very dark brown and overcooked. Hopefully this was just a bad night, I'm going to go backand try them again in a few days and see if things are better and will alter my review then. Read more
Was not pleased with the food for the price you pay. It was my 1st and last time there(5 Guys that is.)However the staff was... nice and friendly so they I give them 5 ???? for customer service. Never have I ever had an "All the way" hotdog like the onepictured. Read more
This place is definitely not cheap but it is totally worth it. TIP- all toppings are free with the burger including bacon! You... will get a lot of fries so i may even suggest sharing one. The cajun fries are amazing and you get to enjoy peanuts when youwait for your burger. Staff is polite and professional. Read more

My daughter chose this place because it would be a new experience for us. It was a new experience, in that I?ve never paid... $9.99 for a fast food hamburger before. There was absolutely nothing special about this burger, except that they smothered itin condiments for me and the fries and drink weren?t covered in the price. That?s right, we paid an additional $6.99 for aregular fry and what came out was?.well, I?m providing a picture. The only people who didn?t leave hungry were my girls,because there is no kids? menu. If you?re thinking paying a full $20 for a meal isn?t bad, remember that you have to sitcafeteria style, next to strangers, with all the ambiance of a factory cafeteria.
